Job summary

Spartronics is seeking a skilled SMT Manufacturing Specialist in Utah to join a high‑tech, regulated environment. You will operate SMT lines, load materials, perform SPI/X‑ray checks, and ensure quality while maintaining safety standards.

We offer a 4‑day/10‑hour work week with Shift 1 or Shift 2, plus a $1.50 shift differential and potential sign‑on bonus for strong candidates. Overtime may be required and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and read/understand English.
• Familiarity with SMT software systems and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate SMT line equipment including printer, SPI, pick‑and‑place, and reflow oven.
• Load reels onto feeders and prepare circuit boards for SMT operations.
• Conduct in‑process checks using SPI and X‑ray equipment for solder quality.
• Perform changes, line setups, and maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Document product tracking and participate in process improvements.
