Job summary

Spartronics in Utah seeks a Warehouse Specialist to receive, store, issue, and inventory materials for production and shipping. The role supports ERP-based inventory control and cycle counts while upholding safety and accuracy.

The position is a 4-day/10-hour week on 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM) with overtime possible in a manufacturing setting. Candidates must have a high school diploma and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with English literacy and ITAR eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Read/write/understand English for work instructions and safety.
• Must be U.S. person under ITAR with ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials per procedures.
• Store materials in designated locations and maintain warehouse organization.
• Pick and issue materials to production or shipping areas.
• Perform basic inventory transactions using warehouse management systems.
• Support periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate discrepancies or shortages to supervisors promptly.
• Perform other duties as needed by business requirements.
