You will work with pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens, perform changeovers, document results, and collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in SMT, electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly.
• Experience operating pick-and-place equipment, screen printers, or reflow ovens.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Advanced computer skills are needed.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens.
• Load components and materials needed for production runs.
• Inspect circuit boards and components for quality and accuracy.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or production issues.
• Perform machine changeovers and basic equipment adjustments as needed.
• Verify materials, part numbers, and production documentation before starting jobs.
• Follow work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and data entries.
• Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Support additional production functions as assigned.
