We are a leading manufacturer of electronics for Aerospace & Defense in Brooksville for over 40 years. Our facility offers great benefits and over 150,000 sq ft of climate-controlled workspace.

Working Hours

Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts from 3pm to 1:30am, with possible overtime on Fridays and occasional Saturdays.

Job Location

Spartronics, 30167 Power Line Road, Brooksville, FL 34602

Responsibilities

• Operate, set-up, program, and maintain assembly machines and equipment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
• Identify and resolve equipment/process defects.
• Perform set-up, change-over, and operation of SMT and related equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain records and perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs.

Requirements

• U.S. persons (per ITAR regulations).
• At least 1 year of SMT or relevant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer literate and quality conscious.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and perform basic math.
• Willing to undergo training, including soldering if required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and maintain ESD certification.
