Job Title: AOI Machine Operator in NE Austin

Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:30am-3pm
Pay: DOE

Position Summary

We are seeking an AOI Operator to inspect PCB assemblies using automated and visual methods. The role involves ensuring components are correctly placed, oriented, and meet quality standards during the SMT manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate and maintain AOI equipment.
2. Visually inspect PCB assemblies for defects.
3. Adjust AOI programs to reduce false calls.
4. Assist SMT operators with troubleshooting.
5. Follow safety and quality procedures.
6. Support process improvements and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Good (or correctable) vision; must not be colorblind.
• Ability to read component values and use basic computer systems.
• Soldering skills and IPC-A-610 knowledge.
• AOI system training a plus.
• Reliable attendance; occasional overtime may be required.
