Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an SMT line operator in Arden Hills, MN. You will set up and run Fuzion/Genesis SMT lines, perform visual inspections, and ensure quality standards are met. Collaboration with the Production Group Lead and training support are part of the role.

The position requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience, with attention to detail and strong communication. Relocation is not required; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT lines including Pick and Place, Solder Paste Inspection, X-Ray, and Juki printer.
• Visually inspect assemblies for solder quality and placement accuracy.
• Provide feedback to Production Group Lead on problems and issues.
• Ensure all quality requirements are met or exceeded.
• Identify and propose continuous improvement solutions.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
