Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Arden Hills, MN is seeking a 2nd shift assembler to build electronic and mechanical PCB assemblies. You will use hand tools, soldering, crimping and wiring to create high-quality products, following blueprints and wiring schematics to meet time and quality standards.

Requirements include a High School diploma and two years related experience; IPC J-STD and IPC-A-610 knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years related experience.
• Strong attention to details.
• Proactive mindset.
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Three years of related experience (preferred).
• Experience with PCBA assembly and IPC standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly functions with hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Build cable assemblies requiring soldering, crimping and wiring.
• Assemble frames and other sub-assemblies with hardware.
• Follow blueprints, layouts, drawings and wiring schematics to complete tasks.
• Report labor hours and safety concerns timely.
• Perform quality checks to required standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and participate in team improvements.
• Communicate barriers and issues to team lead.
