Job summary

Sankofa Smoothies LLC is hiring a Part-Time Team Member in the Denver Metro area. You will greet guests, prepare smoothies to recipe, maintain clean and efficient stations, and uphold food safety standards to deliver guest-first service.

Starting pay is $16.27 per hour plus tips, with bonuses and a clear growth path through our training program. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are available, with a strong emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Food service or guest-facing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with a friendly, fast service approach.
• Make smoothies to recipe and ensure blender-to-blend efficiency (60 seconds target).
• Keep stations clean, stocked, and shift-ready; follow food safety standards.
• Help the store run smoothly with guest-first service and teamwork.
