Job summary

Smoothie King Colorado is looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee team operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. You will lead shifts, guiding 3–4 team members, and actively participate in all rushes to enhance team performance.

This position requires previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to weekend and holiday availability. Starting pay is $21.27/hr plus tips, with various benefits including a 401(k) with match and paid training.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe Manager Certificate required before running solo shifts.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor every shift and lead the team.
• Run the huddle, position the team, and protect the guest experience.
• Communicate store needs and issues early.
• Coach in the moment and correct drift before it compounds.
