Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe Springfield MO is seeking a Crew Member to deliver hospitality and prepare food and smoothies in North Springfield, MO. The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced café environment.

As part of OHM, you will follow brand standards, operate the register, and maintain a clean dining room and kitchen. Training supports growth and daily tasks include cash handling and friendly guest service.

Responsibilities

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
• Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.
• Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand and by O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC.
• Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
• Verbally communicate with managers, co-workers, guests, and the public in a positive manner.
• Embrace O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Hours:

• Due to the nature of the business, scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements of the Position:
