Position Overview

We are hiring immediately for an intern SMOOTHIE ATTENDANT position.

Location: Cleveland Browns - 76 Groza Boulevard, Berea, OH 44017. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Intern schedule. Days and hours may vary; weekends and holidays required. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous food and beverage knowledge and experience required.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards. Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Be responsible for all cut fruit in café and grab n’ go locations. Set up fruit and yogurt bar and prepare fruit and power bites for café grab n’ go.
• Store foods in designated areas in accordance with wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service‑oriented manner.
• Relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Perform sales transactions.
• Enter sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment.
• Issue receipts to customers.
• Follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.
• Manage assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring that the cash drawer complies with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
