We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time PREP COOK positions at Cleveland Browns, 76 Groza Boulevard, Berea, OH 44017. Online applications only.

Schedule: Full‑time and part‑time schedules; days and hours may vary. Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Requirement: Previous cooking experience required.

Referral bonus: Internal employee referral bonus available.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets; taste completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label, and date all food items according to policy; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs as required.
• Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
• Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Complete orders from steam tables and grill; serve customers at multiple stations.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
