Miracle Mile Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated individual to support our smoking program activities for residents. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate activity programs within the facility, ensuring residents remain engaged and safe.

You will observe attendance, mood, and involvement, documenting progress and adjusting activities as directed by the Smoking Aide, while maintaining a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, motivated, very productive and detail oriented.
• Must be enthusiastic, personable, and willing to perform office tasks and others as needed.
• Must like setting and achieving goals. Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Must be an upbeat person who likes working around other similarly positive, productive people.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of this facility.
• Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement so that facility activities and resident progress are evaluated by noting, reporting, and charting resident behavior.
• Keep abreast of economic conditions/situations and recommend to the Smoking Aide adjustments in activity programs that assure the continued ability to provide daily activities.
• Others as deemed necessary and appropriate, or as may be directed by the Smoking Aide.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $18.75 to $19.00 hourly. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
