If Yes, Then As a Smoking Aide You Will

The Smoking Aide is responsible for assisting residents with supervised smoking activities while maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment. This position supports resident independence, follows facility safety procedures, and communicates resident concerns to nursing staff.

Must Have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to plan and lead groups
• Able to multi-task and plan for individual needs

Nice To Have

• Experience within a skilled nursing environment or working with elderly population
• Experience in Activity programming
• Experience with dementia care or Long-term care
