The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $23.00 to $26.00 hourly. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

We are looking for full-time Staffer

Responsibilities:

• Enters scheduling data, creates schedules.
• Assist with NHPPD audits.
• Communicate with staffing agencies to ensure facility is properly staffed
• Deal with staff call-outs appropriately by following proper protocol.
• Ensure enough nurses and medical personnel are available to meet the needs of patients. As well as coordinate & plan staff schedules, taking staff needs into consideration.
• Assist with recruitment as needed.
• Monitor nursing hours and overtime according to facility budget and regulations.
• Checking time punch records, and reviewing requests for time off
• Provides assistance to co-workers and promotes teamwork by sharing information useful to achieving desired results.

Qualifications:

• A valid CNA license and CPR certifications, or proof that license/certification will be complete or renewed soon.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing a plus, but not required.
• Caring team player and customer service focused personality.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized through daily duties.
