Job summary

Smogs Just Smogs is seeking a qualified Smog Inspector to perform California Star and Non Star Smog Inspections. The candidate must hold the California SMOG Test and Repair License and will create detailed work orders with pricing and signatures.

Role requires reporting to the manager, ability to interpret regulations, and documenting procedures. Work hours are Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30 with lunch, and Sat 8:30–3:30.

Qualifications

• Must hold California SMOG Test and Repair License.
• Creates and completes accurate work orders with proper documentation, pricing, authorization, and signatures.
• Reports issues to manager and assists in resolving.
• Reads and interprets general business publications, journals, procedures, or governmental regulations; writes reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform California Star Smog Inspections or Non Star Smog Inspections.

• Read and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Work days are Monday thru Friday from 8:30am – 5:30 with a 30 minute Lunch.
• Saturday 8:30-3:30pm.

Work days are Monday thru Friday from 8:30am – 5:30 with a 30 minute Lunch

Saturday 8:30-3:30pm
