Job summary

Amae Health seeks a Practice Operations Manager for its soon-to-open Boston, MA clinic. You will serve as a dyad partner to the Clinic Director, leading service delivery and operational alignment across locations, driving KPIs and achieving targets.

You will oversee people, systems, and processes onsite, coaching and developing teams while delivering best-in-class care to members. The role is full-time and in-person, requiring collaboration across clinic and centralized teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running operations in a high-growth or high-intensity environment (healthcare or startup)
• Direct experience leading multidisciplinary or cross-functional, in-person teams
• Lean/Six Sigma methodology experience is a plus
• Comfortable with AI-based tools and systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of day-to-day clinic operations and collaborate with the Clinical Director
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic space and ensure brand alignment
• Partner with vendors, building management, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
• Manage schedules and templates to ensure consistent member experience and billing compliance
• Hire, coach, and develop employees; foster a culture of nimble learning and continuous improvement
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with HR, Talent, Finance, Growth, Central Operations and Technology
