Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in high-growth operations, experience leading multidisciplinary teams, and a passion for evolving operations with new technologies in a patient-centered care setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running operations in high-growth healthcare or equivalent.
• Direct experience leading multidisciplinary, in-person teams.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.
• Comfort with AI-based tools and systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of day-to-day clinic operations in Boston.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic space following Amae Health branding.
• Partner with vendors and building/medical supply providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and other bodies.
• Manage schedules, templates, and billing processes to ensure consistent member experience.
