Job summary

Amae Health in Boston, MA is hiring a Practice Operations Manager to lead clinic operations and service delivery across multi-site locations. You will work with clinical leadership to drive KPIs, train and coach teams, and ensure top-tier patient care.

You will oversee scheduling, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Growth, and Technology to scale care for severe mental illness. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running operations in a high-growth or high-intensity environment (healthcare or startup).
• Direct experience leading multidisciplinary, in-person teams and coaching.
• Track record building/improving processes; Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
• Comfort with rapid change and AI-based tools; growth mindset essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of day-to-day clinic operations and clinical team operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff; manage schedules and timecards.
• Ensure patient experience aligns with standards and coordinates with Growth teams.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain data sources; collaborate across clinic and org.
