Tangspac Consulting Group is seeking a credit analyst to conduct independent credit assessments for SME clients, reviewing lending proposals and analyzing cash flow and other financial indicators. You will work with Relationship Managers to structure credit facilities in line with the bank's risk appetite.

The role requires 1–3 years of credit risk experience, familiarity with CBES/ACRA, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in credit assessment, credit underwriting, credit risk, SME lending or banking operations.
• Experience in assessing unsecured lending and credit card applications is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CBES, ACRA and credit bureau reports.

Responsabilités

• Conduct independent credit assessments for SME clients by analysing financial statements, performance and risk.
• Review lending proposals to determine creditworthiness and risks.
• Analyze key financial indicators like cash flow, leverage and liquidity.
• Assess industry and customer risks and identify early warning indicators.
• Review credit reports and information to support lending decisions.
• Ensure credit proposals comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to structure credit facilities aligned with risks.
