Societe Generale's Global Banking and Advisory CPM team in New York is seeking an Analyst to support corporates LBO transactions, portfolio monitoring and ongoing credit analysis. You will assist portfolio managers and work with deal teams to drive new origination and provide quarterly reporting.

• Three-statement financial modeling with detailed operating builds.
• Knowledge of corporate finance valuation and financial accounting concepts.
• Formal credit training and experience conducting credit analysis.
• Experience with restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review and analyze financing, including financial modeling, due diligence, credit analysis, credit approval, and marketing for non-investment grade corporate credits.
• Assist in monitoring portfolio companies post-closing and identify origination opportunities for IB products and services.
• Prepare and present quarterly memos to senior managers.
• Participate in workout of distressed deals with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate with other departments on administrative and compliance processes.
• Engage with management on diligence requests and lender questions.
• Prepare memos for credit amendments.
• Coordinate with IB partners on transactions for new deal origination.
