SMB Account Executive (LATAM Market) for those who can find a common language with anyone in the world and are goal and success-oriented.

Tasks in the role
  1. Create, preserve, and grow relationships within a designated book of business through prospecting, sales calls, and rapport-building
  2. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing additional Semrush Solutions to optimise growth
  3. Identify and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using the Semrush suite of products
  4. Deliver a value-based selling experience to our customers based on automation and customer behaviour
  5. Work with a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure high customer retention within your book of business
  6. Meet or exceed the daily/weekly/monthly activity targets (KPIs, such as number of calls, connections, demos, emails, etc.)
  7. Work with a Product Specialist to introduce your book of business to and sell Semrush's newest product offerings
  8. Reach out to 100% of your customer portfolio monthly, ensuring no stone is left unturned
  9. Accurately forecast monthly sales and retention achievements to management
  10. Contribute feedback to the larger Semrush organization using strong analytical thinking, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Who we are looking for
  • Account Executive SMB (LATAM Market)
  • Must-have skills:
  • Degree in marketing, economics, or an acceptable combination of education & experience
  • Up to 2 years of experience in B2B software sales: prospecting, qualifying leads, closing deals, creating follow-ups, & exceeding targets
  • Experience with sales methodologies, BANT qualification, account development, & time management
  • Excellent negotiation skills & knowledge of procurement management
  • 1+ year of Martech/SalesTech experience including product marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, and sales conversion optimization
  • Impeccable communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptive, and an agile learner
  • Independent & success-driven team player
  • Native Spanish speaker with good command of English

Nice-to-have skills include Google Suite knowledge and Slack proficiency.

The team's goal is revenue growth through expanding existing customers in LATAM. We focus on consulting, educating, and creating upsell opportunities. The team is segmented into SMB and MME, each working towards segment-specific expansion.
