As a Senior Account Executive of LATAM Market, you have an exciting opportunity to help us grow and develop a key emerging market for us. Critical to the success of this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional global teams, in particular our AMER team, as you help us scale a world class global GTM business. This role will initially be remote, based in Miami, Florida.

What will I be doing
  • Growing LATAM sales, channel partners, customer retention, margin and market share via setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Being the internal expert of local LATAM market nuances
  • Spending time with our LATAM customers to understand how SafetyCulture can best meet their needs and be a voice of the customer to internal teams
  • Full responsibility of forecasts, guiding go-to-market strategies, budgets, lead generation and other elements
  • Evaluating performance through analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Employee-focused, you will partner with the people team to provide a development culture for employees of all tenure
  • Enhancing and modeling the company’s culture, values and behavior as well as frequently communicating with all team members to drive engagement and performance
What do I need
  • Demonstrated SaaS sales experience, ideally aligned to product led growth
  • Deep market expertise of multiple LATAM regions to enable you to create an impactful sales strategy
  • Full business proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish language ideally
  • A strong commercial background involving lead generation, marketing, direct sales, sales & channel management, contract negotiation and key account management
  • A track record of partnering with Customer Success and Product to bring about solutions that work for your local market
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully build relationships and teams on a multi-regional basis
  • Ability to identify new customer opportunities and work with existing customers to position SafetyCulture as their business effectiveness partner of choice
  • A team player able to work well with the technical team to prioritize projects and accelerate time to market for new products
