Requirements
- Previous experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role, or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
- Proven success in building key customer relationships, including with decision makers and champions, to drive successful client outcomes, grow accounts, and meet or exceed quotas.
- Native or professional fluency in Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, with the ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple decision makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
- Ability to confidently build an outbound sales pipeline using various channels, including cold calls.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Self-motivated and self-directed, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
- In-depth understanding of company services and industry positioning.
- Ability to build trust with clients and act as an advisor.
- Capability to forecast sales and meet monthly targets.
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
- Remote work experience is not required but considered advantageous.
- Fluency in Italian is required.

- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Identifying new opportunities and maintaining a clean pipeline of high-velocity prospects.
- Presenting information effectively to potential clients and following up promptly on questions.
- Collaborating with key departments to support the client experience.
- Guiding clients through the sales process efficiently and kindly.
- Understanding the unique needs of small and mid-sized businesses and designing tailored solutions.
- Generating leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Reporting to the Manager of Sales.
