Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Digital Delivery Smart3D Administrator to support pipe supports/hangers within Hexagon S3D. You will set up, maintain, and test the 3D model environment, create parts, supports, and isometrics, and integrate tools into project workflows using .NET and VB/C#. Coordination across offices and IT systems is required.

The role emphasizes 3D modeling, data management, and automated workflows, with cross‑office collaboration and training to support global execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting Smart 3D (S3D).
• Background in Piping Design and isometric generation preferred.
• Experience with SmartPlant Foundation or other SmartPlant tools is a plus.
• Experience with .NET Symbol Creation (Piping Parts and Support).

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of 3D Pipe Supports and hangers in .Net.
• Creation and maintenance of 3D Pipe Parts in .Net.
• Placement and testing of pipe supports and components in the 3D model and isometrics extraction.
• Develop and implement SP3D naming rules and VB/C# customization.
• Coordinate Citrix server and database requirements for 3D systems.
