Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting/finance/business or related field.
• 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, account maintenance or work orders.
• Preferred: experience with AMI systems (RNI/MDMS) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch work orders to field staff and prioritize service requests.
• Monitor system reports for data issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain account, meter, and service data across software systems.
• Generate and track work orders for service and field investigations.
• Support data quality for meter readings used in billing.
