Job summary

Qualifications

Experience working with gas and electric meters in the field or in the SAP system.
Personal computing in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

Possess and maintain general working knowledge of the Operational Systems within the AMI process.
Review missed meter reads, meter events/alarms, and reports identifying issues.
Create service orders in SAP/MDM to analyze issues and drive resolution.
Monitor system jobs and batch processes; report issues and identify opportunities to increase value through reporting and meter data analysis.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly statistical reports using SAP and BI tools.
