• Maximize revenue, reduce empty miles, and improve asset utilization.
• Coordinate load assignments and schedules with drivers, dispatch, and operations.
• Monitor freight movement and address service issues or delays.
• Balance freight while considering Hours of Service, home time, and operational priorities.
• Maintain accurate information in the transportation management system.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
