Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field service technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' homes across our service area. You will educate customers on how to use their tech and maintain a professional, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to drive to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes.
• Educate customers on using their devices and offer additional services.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and work independently while staying connected with the team.
