Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH and smart home products at customers' homes. You will educate customers on using new tech and offer additional services where helpful, while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.

Role requires valid driver's license, ability to travel, and physical fitness to lift up to 70 lbs; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. EchoStar provides training and benefits as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
