Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and support DISH and smart home solutions in customers' homes across the United States. You’ll visit homes, diagnose issues, and introduce customers to latest home connectivity tech.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to drive company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limit.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with team.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use devices and upsell additional services.
• Keep a clean, professional work area and coordinate with team when needed.
