Job summary

NRG Energy, through Vivint Smart Home, seeks DTH Full-time Technicians to install and service smart home systems in customer homes in the Inglewood area. The role combines sales with hands-on technical work, offering piece-rate pay and opportunities to grow with leading products.

You will train on industry-leading devices, manage inventory, explain system capabilities to customers, and build lasting relationships while upholding integrity and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical background in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation; pass background/licensing per law; live within 20 miles of the city.

• Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and revenue.
