Job summary

Savant Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to work on-site at our Hyannis, MA location. You will perform varied rework and assembly tasks, follow procedures, and support components through the production cycle.

You will gain exposure to Salesforce, firmware updates, and power distribution builds while contributing to a collaborative team that values detail-oriented work and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform consistent operations.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus; training provided.
• Good communication to identify issues.
• Comfortable with Apple iOS devices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Rework production to meet goals.
• Track and ensure completion of rework objectives with Operations.
• Assist supply chain with reworking components.
• Follow written procedures.
• Load software and update firmware on companion modules.
• Thermostat and keypad conversions.
• Build power distribution units.
• Learn Salesforce during duties.
• Operate with attention to detail and accuracy.
