The ideal candidate will follow supervisor instructions, learn all aspects of production, and support light assembly of products. This full-time role offers a clear path to growth within the organization in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a can-do attitude and positive demeanor.
• Must have strong attention to detail and willingness to learn shading product manufacturing.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, stand all day, and handle heavy materials.
• Experience maintaining and using power/pneumatic tools.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
• Commitment to high quality work and safety.
• Prior experience in general labor, carpentry, or finish carpentry.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture tasks following supervisor instructions.
• Learn all aspects of production and light assembly.
• Complete tasks timely and efficiently.
• Sort and stack wood products.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and equipment.
• Assemble and prepare goods for shipment.
• Organize inventory for easy access.
• Monitor inventory with purchasing to maintain levels.
• Use carpentry skills to build wooden pallets and boxes.
• Cut cardboard precisely for packaging.
