You will become an expert on smart home technology, install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge systems in customer homes, and create solutions to simplify customers' lives.

Qualifications

• We hire for attitude and train for skill. Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Integrity and rapport-building with diverse customers are essential.
• Experience in installation or related trades is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Earn piece rate pay and an unlimited commission plan.
• Train on industry-leading smart home products to become an expert.
• Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mindset.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customers' homes.
• Create solutions to protect and simplify customers’ lives.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of product and equipment.
• Explain system capabilities and operating instructions to customers.
• Leverage appointments into leads and revenue.
