Vivint Smart Home, an NRG-owned company, is hiring a Field Service Technician/Professional to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify upgrade opportunities for customers. You will deliver on-site consultations, provide education on new systems, and contribute to a high-performing national team.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. We offer a take-home company vehicle, fuel card, paid training, and a balanced four-day work week.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C, or service-based roles is a plus.
• Strong customer rapport and integrity in interactions.
• Technical install/troubleshooting background helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices and security cameras.
• Evaluate homes to recommend upgrades and on-site improvements.
• Educate customers on system use and safety practices.
• Participate in coaching and advancement opportunities within the national team.
