Job summary

Vivint Smart Home in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service smart home devices. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering cutting-edge technology and on-site upgrades to customers, while building trusted relationships.

The role blends technical installation with consultative on-site sales, offering training, incentives, and a clear path to advancement within our national organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Growth: coaching and leadership training to move up within the national organization.
