Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG-owned company, is hiring Field Service Professionals for Lawton, OK. You will install smart home technology, assess customer homes, and upsell upgrades while providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C, or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Experience with installation or service in technical fields is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home equipment (cameras, locks, automation).
• Evaluate homes to recommend upgrades and sell services on-site.
• Educate customers on use and safety of their new system.
