Job summary

Schneider Electric’s Mount Juliet Plant II seeks a Digital Transformation & Smart Factory Leader to drive the plant’s digital transformation roadmap and Smart Factory strategy. The role bridges OT and IT, enabling IIoT through connected equipment, data analytics, and cloud solutions to improve productivity and data-driven decision making.

This plant ramp-up role will establish processes, support growth, and guide production scale-up from day one, leveraging EcoStruxure architecture to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, automation or IIoT solutions.
• Experience with plant start-ups, greenfield projects, or manufacturing transformations.

Responsibilities

• Drive EcoStruxure deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement across the facility.
• Lead integration, validation, and deployment of digitally connected manufacturing equipment.
• Configure and secure gateway, networking, and connectivity devices for reliable data exchange.
• Advise leadership on equipment selection, connectivity, and architecture decisions.
• Lead digital manufacturing maturity assessments and execute improvement plans.
• Serve as Site Cybersecurity Leader/Coordinator ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Provide technical coaching to cross-functional teams.
• Lead Power Users team for SAP deployment and digital adoption during ramp-up.
