Job summary

Value Driven Solutions, Inc. seeks an Interim Smart Factory Program Lead to act as the client's Digital Transformation Director, overseeing a multi-year CapEx rollout until a permanent leader is in place.

You will own the transformation program including scope, budget, schedule, and vendor governance, coordinating MES, OT/IT, cybersecurity contractors, and workstreams while reporting to plant and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years leading digital, automation or capital programs.
• Track record managing multi-site or multi-million-dollar CapEx initiatives.
• Fluent across OT, IT and operations stakeholders.
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation program: scope, budget, schedule, vendor management and governance
• Coordinate integrators, MES, network and cybersecurity contractors across workstreams
• Report progress and risk to plant and executive leadership
• Balance technology rollout with workforce training and adoption
• Help the client define and recruit its permanent internal digital team
