Job summary
Delta Faucet Company seeks a Smart Manufacturing Transformation Engineer to lead digital transformation of manufacturing operations. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Information Systems to modernize environments through automation, data solutions, connected technologies, and process optimization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in manufacturing automation or smart manufacturing environments.
- Experience with industrial controls platforms such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting or implementing SCADA, HMI, MES, CMMS, IIoT, or industrial analytics solutions.
- Understanding of industrial networking, system integration, and OT cybersecurity principles.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across operations and technology teams.
- Ability to travel 25–50%.
Responsibilities
- Lead Smart Factory Transformation across manufacturing sites.
- Develop and execute a multi-year smart manufacturing roadmap.
- Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies to improve productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Define scalable automation and data standards; establish best practices for integration and OT cybersecurity.
- Deliver automation and digital manufacturing initiatives from concept to deployment.
