MSA Safety is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead digital manufacturing initiatives and the Factory of the Future. You will drive Industry 4.0 programs across a global manufacturing network, partnering with executives to set priorities, investment strategies, and performance metrics.

You will champion scalable MES, IIoT, AI/ML, and automation solutions, ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, and build a high-performing global team for sustained innovation and value

Qualifications

• Experience leading Industry 4.0 projects with positive financial impact.
• Multinational manufacturing environment experience.
• Procurement, setup, commissioning, qualification and validation of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute MSA's global Factory of the Future technology vision.
• Lead cross-functional teams through technology assessments, pilots, and global rollouts.
• Develop and prioritize Industry 4.0 initiatives aligning with business goals and strategies.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for smart manufacturing technologies.
