Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an Industry 4.0 Engineer to lead design and implementation of smart manufacturing processes. This position targets integration of IoT, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency and innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant bachelor’s degree and experience in Connected Factory projects, along with skills in programming and IIoT architectures. There's a competitive compensation range of $75,000 - $125,000 alongside benefits.

Qualifications

• US citizen or green card holder per client requirements.
• Experience developing in higher-level programming languages.
• Excellent ability to build credibility and maintain communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Industry 4.0 solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Develop platforms to monitor performance and predict maintenance needs.
• Work with various teams to align initiatives with business goals.

Skills

Experience on Connected Factory projects

Programming languages (C#/.NET, SQL, Python, JavaScript)

Understanding of PLC logic and programming

IIoT architectures and Hybrid Cloud

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Tools

Inductive Automation – Ignition Certification
