Job summary

Concept Reply US, part of the Reply Network, seeks an Industry 4.0 Engineer to lead design and optimization of smart manufacturing systems integrating IoT, automation, big data analytics, AI, and cyber-physical systems. The role focuses on improving efficiency, productivity, and innovation across automotive, manufacturing, and smart infrastructure sectors.

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $75,000-$125,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship or green card per client requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, automation, or industrial engineering with at least 2 years in Industry 4.0.
• Proficiency in IoT platforms (MQTT, OPC UA) and industrial communication protocols.
• Experience with automation tools (PLC, HMI, MES, SCADA).
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL) and ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and digital twin tech.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles for industrial systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Industry 4.0 solutions including IoT devices and automation systems.
• Develop and deploy data analytics platforms to monitor real-time performance and maintenance needs.
• Analyze processes and recommend Industry 4.0 improvements to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with AI, IT, operations, and engineering teams to align initiatives with business goals.
• Provide staff training on new systems and technologies for smooth adoption.
• Stay updated on Industry 4.0 trends to drive continuous improvement.
