Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a machine operator to follow safety standards, operate and adjust machinery, perform basic maintenance, and ensure quality packaging. You will train new operators and maintain daily 6S discipline, contributing to efficient production and cost containment.

The role requires strong organizational, technical, and teamwork skills, with the ability to lift 40 pounds and work overtime when required. This on-site position supports a global manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety standards and plant rules.
• Maintain and monitor machine operation and changeovers.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance and detect issues.
• Verify carton contents and ensure quality standards.
• Arrange packaging to minimize shipping costs.
• Track machine output per hour.
• Train new operators on operations and responsibilities.
• Lead 6S activities: organization, safety, and readiness.
• Work overtime as needed.
