Job summary

CheckSammy Inc. is seeking a Site Operations Technician to ensure reliable operation of facility technology systems, accurate data, and smooth maintenance across the site.

You will monitor and troubleshoot access control, sensors, networking gear, and automation tools; coordinate installations and upgrades; and partner with operations and vendors to meet safety and performance goals. This on-site role requires physical work and attention to data quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical operations or facilities tech.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues.
• Experience with data entry quality control and operational reporting.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot facility technology systems.
• Audit site tech for coverage gaps and drift, fix issues.
• Coordinate tech installations, upgrades, and decommissions.
• Maintain documentation of all site assets and diagrams.
• Ensure data quality from sensors and inputs.
• Investigate data discrepancies with ops and data teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance and handle hardware issues.
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor interactions.
• Produce operational reports and dashboards for site health.
• Collaborate with software teams on field feedback and upgrades.
