Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a SMART Construction Solutions Manager to support the development and delivery of jobsite enhancing solutions from Chicago, IL. You will drive validation, adoption, and market readiness for an expanding portfolio of software, hardware, and services under our North American SMART Construction initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across teams, with up to 30% travel to engage with customers, distributors, and partners.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or Business preferred or extensive related experience.
Experience with off-highway OEM and earthmoving tech is a plus.
Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills; MS Office proficiency.
Highly organized with travel up to 30%.
Ability to analyze complex technical situations and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

Manage North American validation, adoption and release after pilots; track findings and voice of customer.
Establish and deploy support capabilities for Smart Construction hardware and digital solutions.
Create remote training content and host demonstrations and events.
Market and promote Smart Construction solutions with end users, distributors, and teams.
Drive digital transformation and communicate value and adoption ease.
Collaborate across teams to maximize resources and overcome obstacles.
