Job summary

General Equipment & Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Smart Construction Solutions Expert to calibrate and maintain Komatsu iMachines and train customers in GPS solutions on job sites around Bismarck, Minot, and Williston.

You will coordinate with PSSR’s and Salesmen to promote products, help customers reduce downtime, and manage intelligent machine control support strategies. The role requires a 4-year degree or a related 2-year degree with relevant experience, strong customer service, and

Qualifications

Requires 4-year degree or 2-year degree with related experience in construction management or business.
Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
Familiarity with GPS and machine control concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up, calibrate and position check new and used machines within spec.
Coordinate calibration time with service and repairs for GPS/machine control items.
Assist diagnosis and repairs of GPS/machine control components.
Schedule updates and complete field or shop work as needed.
Promote General Equipment & Supplies products/services to customers.
Train customers in GPS solutions and coordinate with sales teams.
