Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a Building Automation Integration Specialist to oversee configuration, testing, and commissioning of advanced BAS. You will work with project management and engineering to deliver integrated solutions and provide training for clients.

You will also document changes, develop as-built drawings and software, and contribute to energy-efficient projects within building systems integration.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience with BAS controls.
• Two years of experience with mechanical/electrical systems.
• Experience with industry protocols like LON and BacNet.
• Knowledge of HVAC and construction industry fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and commission building control systems.
• Develop and validate software for controllers at system and network levels.
• Commission controllers and integrate into BAS networks.
• Perform functionality checks, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams.
• Create and update as-built documentation and software revisions.
• Deliver training sessions to owners and operators.
