Job summary

Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions in Florida, is seeking an Integration Supervisor to lead a team of Integration Specialists and oversee the seamless integration of building systems.

You will mentor staff, ensure high-quality design and implementation, and resolve complex integration challenges, while promoting best practices in control theory and energy-efficient solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years' experience with mechanical or electrical systems and/or team leadership.
• Proven experience integrating low voltage building sub-systems (LON/BacNet).
• Strong knowledge of control theory, HVAC, and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate integration activities for building automation and sub-systems.
• Maintain standards for system design, programming, and technical execution.
• Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting support to team members.
• Collaborate across cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and handheld devices to optimize workflow.
